      MARY LOU BAGWELL, 83, OF VENTURA, CALIFORNIA, DIED FEB. 28, 1987 IN
      VENTURA. SHE WAS BORN IN GRAND SALINE, TEXAS.

      MRS. BAGWELL AND HER HUSBAND, JAMES, WHO IS ALSO DECEASED, HAD BEEN
      RESIDENTS OF SUPERIOR FROM 1922 UNTIL 1972.

      SHE HAD BEEN ACTIVE IN THE LOCAL 4-H CLUB AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN
      ESTABLISHING THE SUPERIOR PUBLIC LIBRARY. AN ARTIST, WRITER, AND
      PHOTOGRAPHER, SHE HAD BEEN A LOCAL INTEREST REPORTER AND PHOTOGRAPHER FOR
      THE ARIZONA REPUBLIC OVER A PERIOD OF SEVERAL YEARS.

      MRS. BAGWELL IS SURVIVED BY FOUR CHILDREN, LEVAUGHN OF TWENTY-NINE
      PALMS, CALIFORNIA, LAWANDA CAMPBELL OF FILLMORE, CALIFORNIA, MYRENE
      OATOUT OF FILLMORE, AND JAMES OF FLAGSTAFF; FOUR SISTERS; A BROTHER;
      ELEVEN GRANDCHILDREN; AND EIGHT GREAT - GRAN[D]CHILDREN.
